I’m a licensed therapist specializing in neurodivergence, trauma-informed care, and the unique needs of twice-exceptional (2E) individuals. With a deep commitment to fostering safety, self-understanding, and empowerment, I work with children, tweens, teens, and adults to support their growth and healing journeys.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in the work of pioneers such as Dr. Bessel van der Kolk and Dr. Gabor Maté, integrating neuroscience, somatic awareness, and attachment theory to address the profound impact of trauma on mind and body. I believe that every person, especially those whose minds work differently, deserves a space to be fully seen, supported, and accepted.

Drawing on both clinical expertise and a compassionate, person-centered philosophy, I help clients navigate the intersection of giftedness, learning differences, sensory sensitivities, and emotional intensity. My practice celebrates neurodivergent identities, supporting clients in building self-trust, regulation, and authentic connection.

Whether working with young children learning to make sense of their big feelings, adolescents navigating identity and pressure, or adults seeking to heal long-standing wounds, my goal is to create a therapeutic relationship marked by respect, curiosity, and care.
